My cat nibbles loves lasers, are they bad for the cat?
My cat nibbles chases this laser around all day. He doesn’t give up, even after 20+ minutes. Is the laser bad for the cat? I would consider nibbles the rambo of cats

As long as you don’t shine the laser in their eyes it is a great toy for cats. It help them exercise.

No, laser lights are not bad for your cat. like szaro said don’t shine the laser light in their eyes. i just bought my cats a laser light called BA-DA-BEAM Rotating Laser Cat Toy. you can purchase this cat toy at Doctors Foster and Smith for $12.79+ $9.99 for shipping or you can purchase this toy at Pet Smart for $12.79. my cats love it. it is shape like a dome and you can aim the laser light to the floor or you can aim it on the wall. it is lots of fun and exercise for your cat.

No, lasers are actually a fun toy for cats to play with. They are only bad for cats if they are shined into the cats eyes.

like they said before just don’t shine it in their eyes. its a great toy if your kitty likes it. mine go nuts over it. it’s a great way to exercise your cats especially since indoor cats have a tendency to get a little overweight…some very overweight. i try to use it everyday so they get some exercise. it’s also a good tool to get them to go somewhere you want them to go,like if you need to put them in a room for awhile(i shut mine in my room at night) or get them to go in a carrier.

laser pointers are not bad for your cat. only if you shine it in their eyes, it can cause them to go blind.

don’t worry i have four cats and i play with them with a laser pointer all the time but i never shine it into their eyes because thats a bad thing. besides cats need excersise to its not just us that can be overweight u know

as long as you don’t shine it in the cat’s eyes, perfect toy. good for : keeping your cat busy and good exersize. read the bottom of my profile to find out if cats can fall in love! sorry that wasn’t about cats, though.

Its a good toy but if the light gets in the eyes it can blind the cat (or you for that matter)
