my kitten of 10 weeks loves to wake up at two in the morning and play with my hair.. my back.. my hands.. basically anything that is not under the covers.. how can i teach her that she has to go play with her toys or sleep?

You have to absolutely ignore her when she does this. No attention, positive or negative, at all. They don’t know the difference so even pushing them away is good attention to her. No matter how hard it is… Ignore. Ignore. Ignore.
Cats are nocturnal naturally, so at this point in her life she’s doing what her body tells her is right. As she grows older, and you have her spayed, she will calm down at night, maybe even adapt to your schedule and sleep when you do. Most of our cats come to bed when we do. Very few of them still stay up at night to play. So until your kitty gets there… you are just going to have to learn to ignore her playful advances until she outgrows it or lock her out of your room entirely during night time sleeping hours.

it either wants to eat drink play or wants you to watch her go poo/pee.or it isjust scared.mabie it wants to sleep with you.

I suggest you hold her look her in the eye hit but not hard and say what you want her to do it worked for me!!!!!!!!!!!
