That is generally a sign of comfort and trust, yes. Being on a farm, they may be more laid back with human interaction, too. They are likely around a lot of other animals and people more frequently, so they could already associate “people” as being trustworthy/good. Are you looking to adopt a farm cat? One of my cats was a farm kitten; she has been a lovely companion!
