How old is your cat? When they\\\’re young, cats are super energetic. Lucky for us, most of them settle down as they age. I think the best way to calm your cat is to wear her out. Get a toy that the two of you can play with together, find an open space in your home (preferably NOT a smooth surface like tile, linoleum, etc. - your cat is more likely to slide into walls on those slicker surfaces), and play play play! If you wear her out, she may be less likely to do the rambunctious things that result in running into walls.

When my cat Delilah was a kitten she use to run head first into the kitchen cabinets, constantly! She has since grown out of this funny behavior and is a perfectly normal healthy cat! Don\\\’t worry about it unless it is a new behavior and she is older than two. usually around two years they settle down, for my cat she stopped running into cabinets when she was around one year.
Try and play with your kitty a help her get out some of that energy!
