Yes, cats can make friends with other cats. For example: we have 13 indoor cats and many of them have buddied up to become friends. Others will intentionally avoid certain cats.
It’s easy to tell if they are friends or not because they will hang out and sleep together without any temper tantrums.

yes they do. yes it’s good for them to have friends! you will know because they will like to see each other and bath/lick each other. if they do not lke each other then they will probley have cat fights and make hissing sounds and/or loud high-pitched long meows. hope this helps! x
