Maybe the other cat is going on your cats territory or sending out treats to your cat.

Well,I am not to sure what this problem is.Have you done anything mean to your cat?Has someone hurt him or held him in a way he doesnt like?Is this the first time he has done this.

If its a girl cat then watch out because those boy cats are always trying to hurt he girl ones so keep the girl one away but if its a boy then its hard to imagine why
