Keep your dog on a leash while the cat is inside and train the dog not to chase the cat.

easy put some vinegar and water in a spray bottle and every time your dog starts chasing your cat spay ‘em on the nose 2 times they do not like it but it will not hurt them!! after a while the dog will get the picture if i chase the cat i will get sprayed and he will stop!!
