Kitties have cycles. Not in the way us humans do. However, the best way to avoid this and the \\\”little\\\” issues that arise while they are in heat is to spay you girl. Spaying is the most reasponsible and loving thing we as pet owners can do. With millions of animals being \\\”put down\\\” in shelters every year, the last thing we want is to add to the population! Even if we have \\\”homes\\\” for the kittens, those folks can go to the shelter and save one from death. So, by spaying you will have limited your kitties \\\”mood swings\\\”, given her a healthier and happier life and most important … you will have done the reasponsible thing…. God Bless

do u mean like menstural as in period? if so then yes cats have periods but its called being in heat , cats tend to do alot of crazy purring and rolling around and licking their kuter and sticking their buts in the air. i dont know if they get grouchy though

Cats are subject to an oestrous cycle, not a menstrual cycle. One primary difference is that the endometrium is NOT shed, as it is in humans. They do go through behavioral changes, though. It\\\’s best just to spay your cat. It keeps her from becoming impregnated (and contributing to the overpopulation of pets) AND prevents certain maladies such as cancers of the reproductive system later in life.
