Every time I put Bailey in her bed, she almost mindlessly kneads the pillow. I’ve only seen her suckling it once. Is this just a comfort thing for her, because she tries to lay on her paws and fall asleep while she’s kneading and I’m just wondering if this is an okay thing?

Totally normal - the kitten is just miming the action she did when nursing with her mother. Many cats continue this behavior long into adulthood (my 2- and 4-year old cats both still do this). It\\\’s generally a sign that they\\\’re extremely comfortable and content.

Of course it\\\’s normal. I agree with Ziggy. My cat even does that on my favourite couch and he is very comfortable.
Source Link: You can just leave your cat alone for a while on the bed if it is enjoying itself.
