My cat somehow got out. And I can’t find him it’s been 14 hours ago. He has never been outside, do you think he will come back? should I set his food on the porch? What should I do, I was lerry of flyers. Because if someone knows his name and calls him he might go to them?

I am sorry about your kitty-if you have a porch door you can leave a little open, he may return while you are not looking. As far as flyers, you could just call him a siamese, they are distinctive , on the other hand if they do know his name and he goes to them, it could be a good thing-they may return him- if they don’t, he may just get taken in to another nice home. That might be better than him being out there trying to survive since he is an indoor cat. I wish you the best

You could try putting food out, but other cats or racoons or dogs etc. may eat it. And Tabetha is right. If he’s not neutered he is probably trying to find a female cat in heat.
