they seem 2 sleep 16 hours a day, to long , not enough , please help??

16 sleeping hours is normal. As long as they are playful an active when they are awake… it’s fine.

as a kitten they should be very playful and active maybe if you have time to play more with jim and the usual amoun of sleep for a kitten is 11 hrs as they get older they become more lazy so becareful of that!!

Well, it deponds on the breed. My kitty sleeps 1 to 4 hours a day!
