READ please, the whole thing!!! and read the quiesition at the bottom!!! Today, i got up and i go outside and i heard rascule(kitten) crying fromm the huge tree in my lawn. My moms says he was up there all night.!! pour thing:( Heres the story i go out to somewhere! When i get back my mom tells me he still up there!! My mom goes to despeter mesiers and trys to get him! It did not work so she calls the ppolice and they said ” you must wait three days” we did not have that time!!!! My mom called a friend and her husbin came and LOL he climed the tree and got him!!!! If you read up to here you would find my point!!! what would you do in this siduation!!!

i AGREE WITH BABYGIRL 7 I WOULD KEEP RASCAL IN THE HOUSE TRY GETTING HIM ONE OF THOSE JUNGLE JIMS FOR HIM TO CLIMB IF THATS WHAT RASCAL LIKES TO DO HE’LL LOVE TO HAVE ONE.THAT’S A WAY THAT I THINK WILL KEEP HIM BUSY AND ACTIVE ALSO ADD TOYS TO IT HE MAY NEVER WANT TO GO OUTSIDE AGAIN ONCE HE SEES THAT THE OUTSIDE DONE CAME INSIDE WITH HIM.

Great suggestion on the indoor "tree" - If you check out this thread: http://www.cats.com/question/catbehavior/play/would-you-like-to-see-my-cats-cool-trees/?search=cat%20tree you will see some really neat cat trees! Apparently they came from eBay! What a great way to compromise with your cat - he stays safely in the house, but still has a "tree" to climb!

It doesn’t sound like there’s anything to do… Your story ends with the cat being “rescued” from the tree… I’m not sure what additional information you are looking for?
Perhaps if this is habit-forming for Rascal, you should consider transitioning him into an indoor cat.

Go up in the tree or if u cant a fireman or go with a ladder and go get rascal
