My cat seriously hates everyone except for me. She follows me everywhere and basically lets me annoy her all the time and never gets mad, but if anyone else even tries to touch her she becomes a little monster. Is there any reason why she acts this way?

You will have to let her know that you don’t think her behaviour is acceptable. If you tell her sternly when she becomes a little monster No and then turn away and don’t look at her even if she begs for attention. — There are also other things that might make her anti social, was she a feral, ferals are almost always somewhat anti-social. You could have your guest use toys int interact with her. Also tell them to not look into their eyes. A cat will get defensive if you look into their eyes. It is a big no no in taming feral cats.

i think she loves you very much she might be trying to protect you our she is dedicated to you or like you said just hates every body if you want her to like other people try having them give her treats and toys
