Cradle them in a towel, one at a time, sort of like swaddling them. Have their body wrapped up loose enough they can move a little bit and their front paws and head out of the towel so you can pet them, and they can breathe. They may sense that your are apprehensive about holding them and that could probably make them nervous. Swaddling them helps give them the security they need.

Just be patient,carry them carefully and make sure they are warm and feel secure in your hands,also try to hold them when you are sitting,so there position will be more stable and pet there chiks with just one finger,they like this.
