i whant a little fishy but my kittens and moma cat might……eat him/her and theres no where to put it.what to do?

Cats will always be cats, and that is one of the reasons why we love them, right? Well, then it is up to you to fix the situation so that they can still be cats and you can still enjoy a well-populated fish tank. Don’t put a crystal lid on the tank. Your cat will break it and when it does, the glass can cut its paws. However, the lid is not a bad idea. If you are able to buy a lamp, these usually come with a lid that will allow you to protect your fish. But if you have the fish tank in the middle of the living room without a lamp, an acrylic slab cut to the size of the tank will do a whole lot better.

It probably won’t be a problem, but you can never be sure. In my house we have three fishtanks and three cats, and we have no problems. The cats barely acknowlegde the fish are there.

i recommend you get a fish tank WITH a metal screen lid then put some rocks on the bottom then some fake plants then fill it up with water.

And you might want to get a high stand so the cats cant reach it.
