Your kitten may be playing or trying to show your other cat who is boss. What you should do is let them work it out if possible. If there is no blood, no screaming, no awful growling, let them work it out. The situation will resolve itself much quicker if you do. Congratulations on your new kitten and good luck!

Some cats bite when they are in a new surounding and they also may be doing that to show the other cat that they are the alfa male or alfa female. basically the boss. The kitten could be trying to play as well.

It is a way of playing. But if they start yowling it’s a way of showing who is the boss but if they are males (both of them) its best to keep a close eye on them.Mostly kittens like play with anything that moves. My kitten playes with his mother even though he is half a year old!
