You should probably take the two strays to a shelter. The people there will be able to care for the cats and then give them a good home. Even though you guys like the cats, it’s hard to get them to stop fighting your old cats. Most felines really never grow attached to cats that they haven’t grown up with. The shelter will give them a home where they can live peacefully, and treat them so that they’ll be fit again.

I had a stray show up about a year ago, At first there were problems with Spunky and him. I named him Nemesis for this reason. He and the house cats have become like a family. I feed him and make sure he has water. He allows petting but not picking up. During the weather I got a porch house for him and he slept there. The reason a lot of us have cats is because they are free spirits and Nem is one. Feeds the cats and make friends with them. They can give you as much pleasure as your house cats.

Even though it kills me to give the advise to someone to turn a cat down, you cannot keep the cats. :’( you had your cats first, so maybe raise some money to take them to the vet so that they can continue to live on the streets or you could give the cats to the local humane society. Good luck!!!

give them to a non kill shelter because if you do that you will be sure that they will never die if no body adopts them and usually non kill shelters are very good to the cats.

You need to get them into a no kill shelter where they can get medical treatment. Rotten teeth is dangerous for a cat. Dental disease in cats is cause for heightened concern due to the potential damage to internal organs that may develop. The kidneys are particularly susceptible. Bacteria and toxins contained in dental tartar can shower the kidneys. This is worrisome, as feline kidneys are subject to a number of age-related changes which can result in impaired kidney function or failure. Additional stress on a cat’s kidneys can be caused by the bacteria and toxins released into the bloodstream resulting from plaque buildup. This can accelerate kidney deterioration and shorten the cat’s lifespan.
Many different disorders can lead to dental disease in the cat. In general, the veterinarian will try to determine whether the problem is limited to the oral cavity (primary dental disease) or has developed as a consequence of another disease (secondary dental disease).
