I would adopt an adult because they deserve loving homes too.
Everyone wants a kitten, so adopting an adult, that would sit longer in a shelter than a kitten… is just a a nicer, more animal friendly and kinder thing to do. :o)

Now that i think about it, i would get both because here:
Kittens- there are so many un adopted kittens and lots of them get killed before they get a chance to live.
Cats- they deserve a chance
