I am trying to find a great place to get a new cat from near me. I think that i would like to get a rescue cat. Are there any recommendations that anyone knows of near Boston?

If you put in your zip code on the left hand bar it will bring up all the cats listed in your area, which will show you all the rescues they are at, then you can start visiting the cats you are interested in!

I just adopted a cat last week from a shelter in South Boston, it is called The Alliance for Animals, and it is Boston's ONLY no-kill shelter. The director's name is Donna, and she was wonderful, and very honest. the address is 232 Silver St, S. Boston 02127. Sorry, I can't find her phone number!!
