Is it true? I thought that without fur, the Sphynx cat should not have any dander. But my friend told me that they have dander, just no fur. Does that make sense?

Yes, Sphynx cats still have dander.
Dander is just dead skin cells, not fur.

Sphynx cats do have dander and they are not truly hairless. They have a soft “peach fuzz” of fur that is visible when looked at closely. A Don Sphynx and a Russian Sphynx have more of a “sticky bald” coat, which means they will sometimes have less of that fuzz, but still produce dander. Also, keep in mind anything with skin will have dander. You can shave your legs but you’ll skin will still regenerate and shed its dead cells. Hope that helps : )

Yes, Sphinx cats do have dander. Dander comes from the skin, not the hair. Sphinx cats actually have a few, very fine hairs.

Yes, answer 3 is correct, but it is very important to wipe them! Get a cloth, not paper towel, and wipe their skin from sweat. They don\\\’t have any fur to absorb the sweat, so you need to do that yourself.
