If you are looking for a pure breed Ragdolls are known to be very social and lovable i have one and she just loves be be with us all the time. How they are raised is a huge factor though, you need to make sure that they are properly socialized and have interaction with people and litter-mates.
You can find cat at the shelter that have been properly socialized and if you spend time finding the right personality you can find a perfect match. Adopting a shelter cat saves a life!
good luck with your kitty search

Siamese bond closely with their owners and are very people-oriented cats. They like to be around people and involed in everything.
