well i dont know about the breed but if the cats not growing it may be a dwarf so watch out and
if it is a dwarf dont give it away.or if it is not a dwarf its is not eating the food yo give so maybe give it some wet food or canned food.the breed of your catl looks like a mixed breed if you get know help from this site call the breeder or the place you got it from.
