It can be both. It can be a domestic short hair. It can also be a domestic long hair. I have two black and white domestic long haired cats. Breeds can also be black and white. I know maine coons can be. There are some that can\\\’t though like the russian blue. If you see a black and white cat, you can\\\’t just tell by it\\\’s fur color. You have to read about it search for stuff about it and whatever breed acts, looks, and feels most like the black and white cat is most likely it\\\’s breed.
