my cat is a chinease mixed with a russian cat.her name is Leafpool(yes,from the warrior books!)and she is actually Blue!no,not light blue or silver like Bluestar or Silverstream,BLUE!please tell me why?!?!

She’s blue because Russian Blues generally have blue undertones, hence thier names.

The Russian Blue is a naturally occurring breed that originated in the port of Arkhangelsk, Russia. They are also sometimes called Archangel Blues. It is believed that the first Russian Blues were first brought from the Archangel Isles to England and Northern Europe in the 1860s by sailors. The first recorded showing of the breed was in 1875 at the Crystal Palace in England as the Archangel Cat. The Russian Blue competed in a class including all other blue cats, until 1912, when it was given its own class.

I think your cat is just one of the diffrent hosercats in the world. Like some cats that are normally just red are REALLY red. Like your russian blue, he is just REALLY blue. Like a dark dark blue. Mabye his father was a really dark gray cat, who mated with a so-so dark female, witch made your cat so wondrefle diffrent.
Dont take this the wrong way, having a diffrent cat is great. But PLEASE when you adopt a cat dont just go for the diffrent ones. The one with the ugly fur could some day save your life from a gas explossion(read the book:Chiken Soup for the Cat Lovers Soul). So I beg EVERYONE PLASE WHEN adopting a cat dont just go for the one with the cutiest fur! Go for the one your heart thinks is most loving!
