I had the same problem with my cat not using the litter.
If you got a new litter box thats a problem only use the one that you have been using. make sure its on carpet floor or a rug they don’t like concrete or tiled floor. I use cat atractor for mine i just sprinkle it on and mixed it in with the litter. If you put two litter boxes beside each other they will go on the floor. make sure you have them seperated
