Tylenol (also called acetminophen or paracetemol) is EXTREMELY toxic to cats and dogs. Even a small amount could damage your cat\\\'s liver or kidneys. NEVER EVER give tylenol to your pets! There are some human medicines that are safe for pets but not Tylenol. You should always ask a vet before giving your cat or dog any over-the-counter human medicines as many are toxic and some need to be given in specific doses (usually much smaller than for even a human child).

He might have \\\"feline acne\\\" which is usually the result of an infection, stress, a food allergy or even ringworm. Some cats just seem to have this problem for no real caus as well and it may be genetic.
Have a vet take a look at him and in the mean time make sure you are using glass or porcelain food and water bowls, not plastic or metal. Switch to a food without corn, wheat, soy or artificial dyes and flavors in the ingredients as they are common cat allergens and aren\\\'t healthy for cats anyway (they are all cheap filler).
There\\\'s a page in the link below with more information about this problem.

Try SoftPaws/SoftClaws, they\\\'re vinyl caps you glue over the claws to keep them from damaging furniture. Also when you see him scratching, spray him with water or shake a can of dry beans or something else loud to distract him. You can try some of those \\\"anti-scratch\\\" sprays they sell at the pet stores, they work on some cats and not others though.
You shouldn\\\'t let her out. She could be run over by a car, killed by wild animals, stray dogs or your neighbors if they don\\\'t like cats. Your cat could get torn up fighting with other cats. It could get into something poisonous and get sick or die. It could kill wild birds and other native animals. Just because she wants to go out doesn\\\'t mean it\\\'s best for her.
