LOOK JUST BECAUSE YOUR CAT DOSEN'T USE THE LITTERBOX DOSENT MEAN YOU HAVE TO GET RIDE OF HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can help you,ok. First you have to tell your mom that you can try to make the cat go in the litterbox.Seacond,put your cat in the litterbox every night and morning.Third, until the cat can use the litterbox play with him.Finaly,your cat should be able to use the litterbox.
