Your cat may or may not be an Amphibian. It is up to the genes, Amphibious cat genes are recessive, so even if daddy cat was an amphibian, if mommy cat is not then baby cat will probably not be. One way to find out is to fill a bathtub with water. Wrap your cat tightly in a towel (not the head, you just want to bind the limbs to prevent panic and scratching) and then hold the cat under water for 9-24 minutes. If the cat appears to be ok after you let him go, then he/she is probably an amphibious. If the cat is limp and lifeless, it is probably not an amphibious cat.
