well my cat doesnt meow and i asked the vet... some breeds of cats dont always meaw it could be a quiet kind of cat... otherwise if its out of the blue... it could have something wrong with it such as listed 1. depression 2. lethargic 3. or even some kind of sickness to be sure consult a vet
