take the litter box outside and show her where it is ..have patience she will learn given enough time..you should show her often and at odd times..like when she is asleep wake her then showw her take her paw and scratch inbox each time..i have done several cats like this some go to quicker than others and after amonth or so u will not have to buy cat litter any more

flea collars are for the most part awaste of money most dont work as for the color should be a breakaway reflective or at least opposite your cats color maybe if he is in the road motorist can see him ....
