My Romeo did this also. We tried all different bowls, and finally ended up with large straight sided dog bowls, ceramic and heavy. He thought the regular bowls were just for him, for splashing and tipping. Since he is a large boy, @ 17-18 pounds, no cat bowl was heavy enough. We tried going back to smaller bowls, but he remembered and went back to having wet fun. NOw we just stick witht he big bowls.
easy question, the best one is yours ! Seriously, the best one for you depends on what you are looking for in a companion. Every breed offers something different, and that doesn't even begin to cover the mixed breed set. It is fun to research, and cat shows are also a good place to discover differences and info.
I think so too just from observing my furs w hile they are sleeping. Too much movement to just be sleeping without some activity being acted out in their brains. It would be fun to know what they are about :)
I agree with Telegramsam, please have her spayed, another contributing factor, is they will mate with several males at a time, (not at the same time) which is why there are many kittens that might look different.
