Cat Behavior

The reaosn is because maby your cat can't reach, It want to lick but it can't. Like Kat said it could be its because your cat is over weight or maby because the body is to short for it 's butt, it cou7ld be a disfromation

Because they don't want to be wet, cold, and they don't dry off as quickly as dogs do. Cats don't realize to shake the wet off so dogs do so that is why dogs get dry faster. Can't really relate to your question because my cats love water, they are always staying in their water bowls and playing in them always.

Cat Behavior

Try for about a few days to leave it out of the closet with the ood off. If he starts to poo in it then, just put it back in the closet with out the hood again for a few days, after if he has pooed in it then put the hood back on it in the closet. Hopefully this will work, if not ask the vet what to do, try to figure out something Also Questions: Did you move the litter box somewhere else? If you did then put it back to the same spot that it was before ans see what happens.
