Cats love to be clean. Most of the time if you pet a cat it will most likely lick itself afterwards. Cats cannot stand to be dirty. They always have to be clean.

Stop giving her treats and try to give her some of the highest quality cat food you can find and don't give her treats even if she doesn't eat the food. Keep the food in her dish and wait a while. It may even take a day or so but once she is hungry enough she will eat it. If she doesn't eat it after two days you should take her to the vet because their may be something wrong with her. If she does eat her cat food then wait at least a week before you give her treats because she may only be trying to manipulate you into getting treats. farmchick95
