He like, has this really deep meow and it sounds mad, but we treat him the same as tabitha and she has a really happy meow.

There are these gross, scabs on the soft side of butterscotches neck. they might be from ticks or fleas or something, but i dont know. does anyone know what they are? also, he is very old. 19 yrs.
