Thanks. I am using a fake tree, real ones mess with my allergies way too much, but I will try the spray. I've heard about using lavender scents too, but I have that all through out my house, so even if that one is true they are probably used to it lol, but thanks for your answers.

If I had the money I would have already. I understand that it's important to fix your pets, but honestly the question was just how she would be going through this. This cat just showed up at my door, I was told not to let her in, but it was so hot this summer I couldn't just send her away. I have posted her as found on craigslist, not knowing whether or not she had a home, no one answered. I posted her for adoption on craigslist with no luck and I'm not about to take her to PAWS for her to sit in a cage and possibly never find a home. My fiance and I live on one income that barely gets us by, we were only supposed to have one cat and it somehow ended up being 3. I didn't ask for her, she just happened. If spaying her was an option financially, I would do it, but right now it isn't. So can we please just stick with the topic, I know how important it is to her spayed. I'm sorry that I decided to take this poor little cat in, knowing I couldn't afford her and trying to find her another home (no she isnt up for adoption anymore, she has a family for the first time in her life). Instead of lecturing me though, I think it's best to stick to the topic, especially since I've already stated in the question and in another reply that I simply cannot afford it. Thank you for your replies. Again not meaning to be rude/mean, but I don't need to be lectured. I would rather her be in my home, warm and fed and not fixed than running around outside in this freezing weather, getting hit by a car.

If we had the money we would, she just showed up at our door. She is ok once I get her to lay down and my boys don't pay any attention to her she wants the one at the window, who is fixed. If getting her fixed was an option I'd do it, but we just can't right now. Thank you for the replies, she is already starting to calm back down.
