cat collars are very dangerous the cat can hang itself my mom has been rescuing animales for 15 years and non of her animales have collars because they are dangerous she was tould by the vet also flea collars are bad for your cat too it can cause liver damage and also cause damage to other organs.

I have givven my cat the curnel free popcorn that you get in the chip isle every once in awhile for a treat and it is safer.

take your cat to the vet it is better to be safer than sorry. I would wrape it up until you can get to the vet to keep dirt out of it.
