I make available toys with it everyday but my kitten doesn't play with them everyday. She also gets a sprinkle on her clawing mat.

Can you get a ride from someone? If not take public transportation- bus, train, taxi, ect. I agree get her cat to the vet asap or call a local animal hospital.

Get to the vet or call a 24 hour animal hospital. If you live in an urban area there are probably a few you can see.

I would go to the vet, he/she will know if it's just allergies or a cold or something more serious.
