Cat Behavior

Yes. It is very commen for cats to be shy to people they don\\\'t see everyday. One way to help out with this is, when ever a person comes over, that you\\\'re cat is afraid of, pick up you\\\'re cat slowly, and both of you sit on a couch. Then, you pet you\\\'re cat first behind the ears, then have you\\\'re friend do the same thing, this will show the cat that she is friendly and will not hurt it. keep doing this untill you\\\'re cat sits on the lap of you\\\'re friend. then move on to the next person. i hope that this helps a bit. and today is my birthday! i\\\'m 15! Leah
