About Me: I currently am owned by 7 cats ranging from ages 10yr to 5mo. I have adopted cats of any breed and age has never been a factor. I have adopted 16 cats that ranged from 5 wks to 6 years old. some of which I could only provide medical care, food, housing, and love until their time came. The most recent additions to our house were rescue cats and the growing pains in the house are lessening each and every day. My favorite daily activity is play-time, followed up with a close second to grooming to the third... when I yell "BEDTIME" and there is a thunderous roar through the hallway to the bed where they each take their place on or near my husband and I. I have absolutely no illusions who owns who in this house. :-) I just happen to have opposable thumbs with which to open cans of food, scoop litter boxes, hold the brush or comb for grooming... etc! *I like constructive criticism rather than just bashing people. *I like full sentences with real words. *This site was recommended by my veterinarian. *I have a tendency to babble. * I have been owned and loved by 15 cats over my lifetime. * I believe my cats are happy with me being their pet human. I open cans extraordinarily well! (Oh! One of my cats sleeps UNDER my pillow holding my hand, hugging my arm.)

Cat Feeding
If your cat is happy... I say let them have broccoli as long as you regulate the amount and he/she keeps eating their normal food. I have seven cats of all breeds and each has their favorite "human" food - we just make sure they ALSO mainly eat their own food!

Cat Behavior
Thanks everyone! I've done the catnip spray, plus the spraying of the furniture... BUT I have not tried the Soft Paws or any product like that. I have seen them on several on-line stores (I live in the sticks so stores are not an option.) However, there are more things I need to get so I can off-set the shipping that way! Thanks everyone! -G
