About Me: I'm ChartreauxGal and I have 2 cats, Dinah and Misty. I study cat behavior and medicine, and feel that my talents will contribute to this site.
Personal Interests: I am firmly for spaying and neutering and actually, even lead a campaign at my local shelter. Too many little kittens die. I also have an extreme obsession with the Chartreaux breed.
- Dinah - Tortoiseshell
- Misty - Domestic Long Hair
- Faith - Domestic Short Hair
- Various Strays and Ferals - Unknown mix
Ok, I hope I help...this was taken from one of my earlier posts on diarrhea. 1. “Swaddle” the cat’s upper body and hold it firmly over a sink or tub. 2. Just put its bum right down in the sink. 3. Have a helper put on disposable gloves to get the feces out of its fur. 4. Then, rub the area with soap, we used kitten soap so it would be gentler. Or mix Dawn with water. 5. Just let the water wash off all the soap. 6. Wrap a clean towel around it…and then clean the sink.

If you have mites, you need to remove the crust of exudate BEFORE any treatments with medicine. If you do this, then you should be fine.

Please read the question FAQ...and don't report him just to get even. No matter what you feel, if he posts legit content, he does not deserve a report and possible termination.
