My cat gets cysts, the most recent biopsy did not show definite cancer cells, should I wait until it does? The vet is just guessing it may be cancer and wants to charge 600.00 to take it off.

There are two bits of hard poop on either side of my cats anus. They get bigger very gradually and eventually fall off and then tiny new ones start to ‘grow’. If I pull one off (tried once) a piece of skin rips off with it! Ouch!
